1. BASIC REFUNDS and ELIGIBILITY

- Jasional: 30 days (Customer pays 50% of return costs. Jasional covers reshipping costs back to US in case of replacement.)

- Mars Hydro: 7 days
- NextLight: 30 days (discontinued products are not eligible for returns)
- PARSource: Varies
- Pro MAX Grow: 30 days

- All other manufacturers not listed above: 30 days
--FULL REFUND ELIGIBILITY--
NO WEAR & NO TEAR- The Item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition - free of wear and tear.
- ALL PARTS- (cords, controllers, hangers etc) must be present when returned.
- RESTOCKING FEE- Occasionally for some items, even when returned within the refund time frame, the manufacturer imposes a 15% restocking fee. LED Head Grow Lights will volunteer to pay half or all of that fee; meaning that a 7.5% restocking fee may apply.
- FIRST ITEM ONLY- Beyond the first item, a 15% restocking fee will apply for additional items within the return window.
- TIME FRAME- Returns outside of the individual return windows will not be refunded.
- CANCEL PROMPTLY- An order may be canceled** only in the event that the light has not yet shipped, otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply if the order was already processed.
- MAINLAND N.AMERICA- Items returned from outside of mainland North America may require you to pay the shipping costs. LED Head Grow Lights will cover a portion of this at our discretion.
*We refuse the right to offer returns and refunds on any and all items after the product(s) has/have been shipped in the event of customer misconduct.
2. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT GOODS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), LEDHeadGrowLights will pay for the return shipping costs, AND the cost for sending a replacement/correct product. We encourage you to inspect your product upon receipt. If damaged, we urge you to reject the item(s) and/or let the courier know that the product was damaged on delivery, otherwise a full refund may not be possible.
LEDHead Grow Lights will not pay the return shipping charges for additional ordered products if they were not damaged/defective/incorrect. Those additional shipping charges will be subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
LEDHead Grow Lights is not responsible for merchandise lost during delivery or damaged in transit, but we cover you with on-the-house insurance and will fight on your behalf; we will help you file a claim with the courier service in order to set things straight and get your light back and/or money returned.
Depending on your location and different manufacture locations, please be patient with the replacement products. Allow up to 3 weeks in rare cases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you are still waiting for your refund:
- Wait 24 hours and check your bank account again.
- If you still don't see the refund in your account, please contact your credit card company, again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- As a final step, please contact your bank; as we all know, banks are notoriously slow to post changes.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
3. WARRANTY POLICY
After your purchase, the product is subject to the respective companies warranty policy. These policies may be found on the respective item's LIST OF SPECS on it's product page of our website. Additionally, we list the warranties for each manufacturer on our Brands page.
LEDHeadGrowLights is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty. However, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you in getting your product replaced or repaired by coordinating with the original supplier/manufacturer.
